Mehul Jain
From strategy to production. I help companies put AI to work.
What I do
Build AI Products & Solutions
I build AI-first products end to end. At Litmus Check that's an open-source AI test-generation and QA platform; for other teams it's custom RAG systems, agents, and document processing, built to actually ship.
AI Consulting & Advisory
I advise founders and leadership teams on AI strategy and execution: what to build versus buy, how to evaluate it, and how to roll it out without burning the budget on a science project.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
I'm building Geology, which helps brands show up when people search with AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. It's SEO for the AI era.
Speaker & Panelist
I speak and sit on panels about applied AI: where it's working, where it isn't, and what teams should do now. Open to talks, panels, and workshops.
AI in action
AI Employee Assistance Chatbot
Designed and built a chatbot for a 40,000-employee organization to address questions about policies, asset tracking, and other internal tasks. Integrated with an updated knowledge base with an admin panel and the ticketing interface to create and track support tickets.
Leading financial institution in India
AI Vision for Fraud Prevention
Built a semantic image search interface to detect and present potential fraudulent gold loan applications to auditors for real-time fraud prevention.
Leading gold loan provider
Auto-scaling ML Inference
Designed and deployed a dynamically auto-scaling application for low-cost inference of ML jobs on geospatial data using GCP Cloud Run.
Public markets investor in MENA
My background
Founder & Builder
Co-founded Yogami.fit (online yoga), then pivoted to AI. Currently building Litmus Check (since 2023, now open source) and Geology (since 2025).
Venture Capital
Jumped into startup investing at Guild Capital, backing early-stage founders building cool things in D2C and SaaS.
Management Consulting
Spent 7+ years at Kearney as a management consultant, working with companies across Asia, Europe, and the Americas on strategy and operations.
INSEAD & Wharton
Earned my MBA from INSEAD, including an exchange program at Wharton.
Robotics in Paris
Interned in Paris at Aldebaran Robotics, teaching a humanoid robot to recognize hand gestures. Yes, it was as cool as it sounds.
IIT Bombay
Started out at IIT Bombay studying Computer Science. Fell in love with how computers actually think.

ChatGPT Atlas remembers the people it browses for, and Google now lets users pick which sources its AI is allowed to surface. Together they kill the stateless query and change what it takes to get recommended.
