Information you provide
You only share personal information when you choose to. That includes booking a call through the scheduling tool, sending a message, or entering text and files into the interactive tools on this site (such as the AI RFP Creator and Relay demos). I use this information to respond to you and to provide the feature you asked for.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the hosting provider records basic technical details with each request (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit) for security and to keep the site running. This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This collects aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. The site does not use advertising tracking.
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. Functional cookies are set by the embedded Calendly scheduler, and only once you open it to book a call. Google Analytics also sets cookies to measure how the site is used. There are no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the scheduler may not work properly if you do.
How information is used
Information is used to reply to your enquiries, run the features you interact with, and keep the site secure and working. It is not sold or rented.
Service providers
A few trusted providers help run this site and process data on my behalf: Vercel (hosting), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (Google Analytics), and Vercel Blob and Upstash (storage for the interactive tools). They only handle information as needed to provide their service.
Data retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided (for example, to follow up on your message or to keep a tool session available) and is then deleted or anonymised.
Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask what information of yours is held, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, reach out using the contact option below.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
